Sharon's friend, actor Tony Curtis dies at 85, News on Polanski, and Sharon and Heidi Klum

Sadly, Sharon's co-star and friend Tony Curtis has passed away at age 85.  Here is an article on this:

And after 13 years, Heidi Klum has decided to stop posing for Victoria's Secret.  She reminds me of Sharon and to be honest, I have to wonder what Sharon would have looked like in Victoria's Secret fashions? ;)

Special Edition of Photo Comparison of the Week: Sharon Tate & Catherine Denueve!

It is interesting to note that many press agencies mistake Sharon photos for Catherine Deneuve and vice versa.  Of course, I'm sure Sharon would love this since she was a Deneuve fan herself.  I've often thought these two could be sisters.  And I'll bet Sharon would have aged well like Deneuve.

So I thought I would assemble some photos of these two stunning women:

I found so many photos of both women that were alike that I did not know when to stop!  Sorry but that is why this post is late today.  I almost thought about having a 'day 2' of comparison pics between these two.  Amazing!  And amazingly beautiful!

Tommy wants to take us all to Southern California this spring. You game? Not the SoCal of deficits and brushfires, but the golden, breezy realm of Farrah Fawcett, Lauren Hutton, Sharon Tate, where blonde locks and champagne flow and a strapless , dusty rose, drape-back dress looks like a towel clinging to a starlet. His dress hems (like smart rolled-cuff shorts) are short,—but pants are loose. And the palette—navy, pink, white, azure—so easy to mix with stuff in your closet. Rock on, Tommay!

I include some photos of Hilfiger's latest ad campaign and I also added some of Sharon that are comparable. Also, added is a photo of the model from the session who is also reminiscent of Sharon. Her name is Shannan Click.
